I try to find enlightening perspectives in every thought and story and am ok with not always knowing the answer
I am not in a meeting to impress others, no bravado. I simply state the facts and optimise for the best possible outcome of the meeting
I talk about the things, that are uncomfortable to talk about. Ask for feedback and admit when I am wrong.
I ask: what am I doing well - what am I not doing well - what could I do better
